These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and zoya999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the zoya999 website located at zoya999.bet, including all associated services, betting markets, casino games, promotions, and customer support features (collectively, the "Services").

One Account Policy

zoya999 uses a combination of automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, zoya999 reserves the right to close the account without notice, void all pending and settled bets, and withhold or reclaim any funds in the account balance. zoya999 further reserves the right to report confirmed cases of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing to the relevant law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your zoya999 account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat or email. Before processing a closure request, zoya999 will confirm your identity and ensure all pending bets and withdrawal requests have been settled. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Any requirement arising from applicable law, a court order, or direction from a regulatory authority.

Where an account is suspended or closed by zoya999 due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, at zoya999's discretion. zoya999 will notify the player of the closure and the reason for it, except where disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation or is otherwise prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zoya999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from betting decisions, technical failures, third-party game errors, or interruptions to service. zoya999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players agree that any dispute relating to their use of zoya999 shall be submitted first to zoya999's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team. zoya999 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently.
